Great puzzle delivery cost to high

Coming from abroad ment the delivery cost was excessive and when the delivery was delayed the communication was poor

We apologize for the delay, which took 10 days due to heavy rain in Japan. While we aim to deliver within our usual timeframe of 7 days, unexpected weather conditions can occasionally cause disruptions.

Considering that our puzzles are shipped from Japan over a distance of 9,100 km, most of our customers find the delivery cost reasonable for door-to-door service. However, we understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to improve. We are also committed to enhancing our communication and keeping you better informed in the future.
