There are no problems with the item; it's great. However, it's important to note that it ships from Japan even when ordering from Europe. When I ordered three items, one of them was cancelled by the store. I did not receive any emails notifying me of the cancellation; I only got a refund. When I log into my account on the website, I can see the information regarding the refund.
I am unsure why it was cancelled. The item was not marked as out of stock when I placed my order, and it was still listed as available on the website when I received the refund. I can only guess that the three items were too large to fit in the package, and perhaps it would have cost more to ship than what I paid. If that was the case, it should have been taken into account during the ordering process so that I could pay more for a larger package or select smaller items to avoid higher shipping costs.
Additionally, I had to pay an extra customs fee for the package, so if I really wanted that third item that wasn't included in the first shipment, I would have to pay for again for the shipment and likely pay the customs fee once more.
